Immediate opening: elevator technician (Oklahoma)

Vacancy available: we are hiring an elevator technician in Murray County, Oklahoma. The job is in a residential tower block. Day to day you will service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; run load and overload tests with test weights; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes. What we are looking for: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
