Immediate opening: crane operator (Texas)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a crane operator in Hidalgo County, Texas. Requirements: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Strong attention to safety and load limits Your main tasks: • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
