Ideal candidate: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg Day to day you will check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; write and edit G-code programs at the control. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
