Packaging machine operator — Tompkins County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a packaging machine operator in Tompkins County, New York. What we are looking for: • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety Day-to-day duties: • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
