Crane operator — Mendocino County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a crane operator in Mendocino County, California. The job is in an open-cast mine. You should have: • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures On the job you will handle: • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
