We are recruiting: we are hiring a PVC window assembler in Sedgwick County, Colorado. You will work at a busy uPVC fabrication workshop. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres The role involves: • Fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
