We are recruiting: paint booth operator (Texas)

Join our team: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Galveston County, Texas. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. On the job you will handle: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg 1+ years on the tools preferred.
