GMAW welder — Dickens County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a GMAW welder in Dickens County, Texas. The job is at an automobile body shop. The role involves: • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls Requirements: • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Willing to work shifts and overtime At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
