We are recruiting: we are hiring a tower crane operator in King County, Texas. The job is at a container port and shipping yard. What we are looking for: • Current medical and eyesight certificate • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • A good head for heights for tower crane work You will set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground; read and interpret the load chart before every lift; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams.
