Vertical transportation technician — Wolverhampton

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in Wolverhampton, England. You will work at a busy lift company. On a typical shift you will wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; measure rope tension and check for broken strands; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway. What we are looking for: • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
