Protective coatings painter — Sevier County

Join our team: we are hiring a protective coatings painter in Sevier County, Arkansas. You will be based on a residential building site. Day-to-day duties: • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns • Mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Measure up and work out paint and material quantities Requirements: • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $5,300 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
