Lift installation engineer — Ford County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lift installation engineer in Ford County, Illinois. You will be based at a shopping mall with escalators and lifts. Day-to-day duties: • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics Part-time with flexible hours.
