Now hiring: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Henrico County, Virginia. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Day-to-day duties: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches 4+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $2,500 per project plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
