Quality assurance assistant — Allen County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a quality assurance assistant in Allen County, Indiana. You will work in a metal fabrication workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line Requirements: • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. We offer $4,100 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
