Immediate opening: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Saint Louis County, Missouri. You will be based at a rooftop bar and grill. The role involves: • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad Ideal candidate: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
