Immediate opening: we are hiring a mining dozer operator in Grant County, Kansas. You will work on a quarry floor. Day-to-day duties: • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid What we are looking for: • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
