Immediate opening: confectioner (Michigan)

Join our team: we are hiring a confectioner in Newaygo County, Michigan. What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Day to day you will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
