Moulder — Garland County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a moulder in Garland County, Arkansas. You will work at a brass and bronze foundry. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor Your main tasks: • Check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring • Inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles • Fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
