Now hiring: we are hiring a scullery hand in Cheboygan County, Michigan. You will work in a catering unit. Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure On the job you will handle: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading Part-time with flexible hours.
