Lorry driver — Clay County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a lorry driver in Clay County, Missouri. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for long hours behind the wheel • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules On the job you will handle: • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load • Complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Present documents at weighbridges and check posts • Plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules • Carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
