Cake decorator — Winston County

Now hiring: we are hiring a cake decorator in Winston County, Alabama. You will work in a bread factory. On the job you will handle: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Full-time with occasional weekends.
