Paint and prep technician — Greene County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Greene County, Tennessee. You will work in a spray booth. Day-to-day duties: • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio Ideal candidate: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale Performance bonus on top of base pay.
