Heavy equipment operator (dozer) — Polk County

Join our team: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator (dozer) in Polk County, Arkansas. What we are looking for: • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels On the job you will handle: • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
