Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Page County, Iowa. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Day to day you will hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations.
