Bread baker wanted in Putnam County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread baker in Putnam County, Georgia. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. The role involves monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
