Join our team: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in Chase County, Nebraska. You will work at a busy machine shop. The role involves: • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets Requirements: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
