Vacancy available: we are hiring a crawler dozer operator in Marshall County, Iowa. The role involves: • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Refuel the machine and record running hours • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear Ideal candidate: • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
