Now hiring: rigging foreman (North Carolina)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a rigging foreman in Transylvania County, North Carolina. You will work on an offshore oil and gas platform. Day to day you will rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
