Vacancy available: electrostatic spray painter (England)

Join our team: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Metropolitan Borough of Wirral, England. You will be based at a powder coating unit. Day to day you will record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper. What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg 2+ years on the tools preferred.
