Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Newton County, Texas. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. The role involves set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
