We are recruiting: we are hiring a cook in Coweta County, Georgia. On the job you will handle: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
