Hydraulic press operator — Louisa County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a hydraulic press operator in Louisa County, Virginia. On a typical shift you will watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; set up and change stamping dies and tooling; deburr and stack finished components for the next operation. Ideal candidate: • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift.
