Trowel-trade bricklayer — Aiken County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a trowel-trade bricklayer in Aiken County, South Carolina. You will be based at a groundworks and structures site. On a typical shift you will raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish; forming arches, piers and reveals around openings; mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser; bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters. What we are looking for: • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage Rotating shifts.
