Electrostatic spray painter • Ward County, Texas

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Ward County, Texas. The job is at a powder coating unit. Your main tasks: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches What we are looking for: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
