Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading Your main tasks: • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges Full-time with occasional weekends.
