Captain waiter — Ashley County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a captain waiter in Ashley County, Arkansas. You will work in a five-star hotel. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Day to day you will polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
