Now hiring: we are hiring an oven operator in Taylor County, Wisconsin. The job is at a busy bakery. Your main tasks: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Score the top of loaves before baking What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Six days a week, one day off.
