What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Accurate at weighing and following recipes On a typical shift you will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity.
