Now hiring: we are hiring a gas installation technician in Duval County, Texas. On a typical shift you will test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser; braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints; run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints; complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation; read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes. Requirements: • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided.
