Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread baker in Barnstable County, Massachusetts. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. On the job you will handle: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks 4+ years on the tools preferred.
