Foundry worker • Aguata, Anambra State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a foundry worker in Aguata, Anambra State. You will work on the moulding line. You will operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture; inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes; shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor 3+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
