Mechanical press operator — Ibeno

Vacancy available: we are hiring a mechanical press operator in Ibeno, Akwa Ibom State. On the job you will handle: • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components You should have: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
