Fabricator-welder wanted in Trinity County

Join our team: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Trinity County, Texas. On a typical shift you will lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; grind back and re-weld any defective runs; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration. Requirements: • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes We offer $20 per hour plus benefits.
