Great opportunity: we are hiring a pastry baker in Mitchell County, Kansas. The job is in a bread factory. Your main tasks: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Basic cake decorating and piping skills 1+ years on the tools preferred.
