Electrostatic spray painter wanted in Jackson County

Join our team: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Jackson County, Illinois. The job is at an automotive components factory. Your main tasks: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
