Immediate opening: bread baker (Oyo State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread baker in Itesiwaju, Oyo State. You will be based at a busy bakery. On the job you will handle: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Food handler / hygiene certificate At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
