Tailor machinist • Wood County, Texas

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tailor machinist in Wood County, Texas. You will be based at a busy garment factory. Day to day you will change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance. You should have: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
