Banquet server — Guilford County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a banquet server in Guilford County, North Carolina. You will be based in a five-star hotel. On the job you will handle: • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery Ideal candidate: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Full-time, day shift. $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
