Retail butcher — Gentry County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a retail butcher in Gentry County, Missouri. The job is in a meat processing plant. Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling The role involves: • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools 1+ years on the tools preferred.
