Kitchenhand — Defiance County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Defiance County, Ohio. You will work in a hotel kitchen. You will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature. Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure We offer $5,300 per month plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off.
